This shadow box theme is Pumpkins for fall. IT highlights a pumpkin patch on the left hand side and on the right are the smalls. A tiny pumpkin pincushion, a pumpkin field scissors holder and a corn patch needlekeep. The portion of the photo above shows the backs of the smalls on the right side.

In this chart you will meld your abilities to stitch and do some finishing as these parts all fit into a box created for the sampler and the smalls called a 'shadow box' and in this case I am calling it "Pumpkin Patch Box" . It is comprised of a sampler about 4 x 6 and then 3 small squares under 2 x2" to fit into the tray. It uses 32 ct Vintage Examplar by Lakeside Linens. 

It has an embellishment package with the silk threads used to stitch and a wool felt package that has the cut pieces for your backing of the pieces.
